Website Design Services Terms
Human-built websites by Neytom Design Studio. Scope, timeline, and price are defined in your project quote before work begins.
Revisions: Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds on staging. Additional rounds may be quoted separately.
Content: You provide accurate business information. Copywriting requested in your brief may incur surcharges shown in your quote.
Payment: Full design fee is due after quote acceptance unless otherwise agreed. Hosting and domain registration are separate services on Neytom Cloud.
Intellectual property: Upon final payment and launch approval, you receive rights to the delivered design for your business use. Neytom retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
Refunds: Deposits for work not yet started may be refunded within 7 days. Once design work has begun, fees are non-refundable except at Neytom discretion.
